Faith United FC – Return & Refund Policy

At Faith United FC, we want you to be confident and fully satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on new, unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Apparel must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items must be free of odors, stains, and pet hair

  • Customer pays for return shipping charges unless it's our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear on your account after processing.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized items (names, numbers, colors, or unique design selections)

  • Team orders or group uniform packages

  • Limited or special-order customized products

Please double-check sizing, spelling, and customization details before submitting your order.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We’ll help you start an exchange if the requested item is in stock.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
